Please help with game

Hello, i have problem with the game. I downloaded it, updated, download the launcher, and then I press start game, then the NCSoft icon apears, game just shuts down. What kind of problem is that and how to fix it??

 

u might have installed item pack in the wrong folder or ur cpu is too low for aion?

 

u can run a repair with NCsoft too ^^
and make sure u chose NA region

also update the client ^^

 

My pc is fine with aion and I played it before. With repair, I tried it too, but it doesnt help.

That's what happen, and I don't understant whats wrong with, tried many things to fix it, and it's first time like this..

 

thats a directx issue it does that. u need directx 9.0c to run this game (most people use one thats too new)

get this and restart ur pc when ur done installing it


if the problem continues, i suggest u try run retail aion from the ncsoft launcher, it tends to give more specific errors. there r 2 directx related issues and retail aion might tell u to update the one u have as well (to get the newest one not just 9.0c)

it happened to me before,i tried to install .net framework and update my direct x....then after that,game runs smoothly.....please try...i hope it can help....

 

.NET framework isnt used for this ^^ its meant for when the gamez launcher itself crashes. what it does is allow programs written in multiple programming languages to run

Dunno if I'm doing something wrong, but it doesnt help, I intalled that direct x, restarted my pc, but still same problem..

 

So someone can help me? I re-installed Aion, installed the older direct x, but it's the same? So wtf?? ;/

btw, this problem apeared just after installing gamez launcher. Before this, I just started global and it wont fine, but after gamez launcher, i got this problem.

 

make sure u install the GamezLauncher in C/Program Files/NCsoft/Aion

 

try download my laucher , and replace yours (C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Aion)
