Should AM's / GM's ask for acct info?

Please lets keep this clean. :kewl:

I'm in a situation where a character of mine has been stuck for almost a month. Multiple attempts have been made to Unstick my character. I'm now being asked for my acct info.

So, typically I'm looking for some advice/feedback. Has anyone been in this type of situation where it was most appropriate to further investigate?

beter u take a screnshot where u have the conversation of him/her asking for ur account details

 

he didnt mean ingame and for example with ban appeals they will ask for ur account name and u need to give them that

but if ur stuck and unstuck requests dont work, u need to email carl ([email protected]) so he can unstuck u manually from the database or tell a gm to forward it to carl. but no they dont need ur login for that

 

so you saying screnshots is limited in-game? i know he didnt mean in-game btw, you can still take a screenshot of where ever they are talking, either skype, ym, msn, forums anyway.. jeeeez

 

account name is alright. password, not a chance.

Refer to this thread. All we can do is try to keep unsticking your char until the new emu is implemented. When we get the new emu your char should become unstuck.

Evilset said the new emulation was due to be implemented like 3 weeks ago. Q_Q

 

That's the emulator on Crystal at the moment, and they're replacing it as well.

 

Yeah, idk... Just going off what evilset told me straight from his mouth.
