i buy items from site but i didnt receive (w/ SS)

    please help me...i buy a abg plate pants from site right now and i didnt receive the item that i buy and when i check my history list it was not listed...i take a SS of my credits before i vote (1980), and i got 2060credits after i got and i buy a abg plate pants worth 2000 credits and i refresh my MOZILLA FIREFOX and i got 60credits left and i connect my character and i check my inventory and i didnt receive the item..

    i got few SS i hope my problem will be solve..thank you

    that will be my last abg part to complete my abg gears
