    hello sir. i try every way to connect with the new AION. but still can't connect. at least i try it say "initialize error" can u help me. NEED HELP BADLY.

    try the new installer, like tuttles said, and if that doesnt work, then you might have to uninstall and re-install.

    Unable to connect to autorize server

    hi,

    my client crashed in the mid way 10mins+ ago. Since then i cannt log in. I got the "cannot connect to authorization server" error.

    Is the server online now and other ppl can connect and playing with it? just need to clerify this before i messing around with my client ..

    Hi,

    just to provide some additional info. Hope it helps.

    I can connect now using the launcher from the gamezaion notice website. The error " Unable to connect to authorization server" could de due to corrupted launcher when the game crashed.

    For the failed to initialize problem i guess is the client corrupted. u might need repatched...if that failed too.u need to repair the whole client with ncsoft ..then repatch again. At least it happened once to me before this.

    make sure u change the setting to NA not EU or whatever else it might be.

    yeah i did it but idk what 2 do now and my aion is called in ncsoft Aion(europe) but i have changed the settings to NA LOL

    that should be ok as far as the name goes as long as the regional settings show north america, and i think u must repair now... to download the NA language pack or something like that.
