Cant Get Skills -- PLZ HELP

    Im on my ranger, and im level 50 and i cant get Sleep Arrow or Silence Arrow... i type //givemissingskills But it doesnt work. What do i do now?

    Im missing almost all my skills... Lethal Arrow
    Deadly arrow, all my new skills im missing them all

    You cant use that skills because they are stigma skills you need to learn them trught stigma
