    please help here ! its been a month of requesting "char. stuck" posting on forum and telling the AM/DV/moderator/TM ... no fix until now PLEASE HELP HERE A BIG HELP!

    a lot of these "stuck" chars cant be fixed be unstuck requests, u need carl to unstuck u directly from the database. sadly, most of the AMs around here will keep sending u to submit an unstuck request no matter what coz they dont know its not meant for this :p

    the disconnect issues after selecting a char can only be fixed by carl. they can be caused by things like too many mails in ur mailbox or too many designs learned etc, its not something the automatic unstuck request will fix

    what u can do is email carl directly at [email protected] or tell bella/fynie/bryne to forward it to carl directly so he can do it for u

    ive been having the same problem and sent emails to carl and got one email back asking if i was able to log in now after he did something but whatever was done didnt fix it. no more emails since =/
