sir why i cant log in my main character

    character name= deadarmy

    account name= verwendy
    character name= ****medud

    why my character sir when i log in it will be disconected this is my main character but some of my characters is ok i didnt do something or anything wrong plsssss

    the 2 characters have same problem i hope that you will help me to fix it
