Lost username & password.

I used to play on this server, felt like playing again and I don't remember my username or pass, thinking I needed to make a new account it says my email is in use. But there's no lost password/username option.

What do I do?

 

If you still remember the email you used when you were playing, use the "Forgot Password?" Option in the Login section of the website.

Fill in the Username and Password areas with random characters, then click login. The "Forgot Username/Password?" option will pop out.

A new password will be sent to your email shortly, and you can change it into another password after that.

 

There is no "forgot password" option.

 

Can someobody please help?

 

When I fill it in with random characters it just says
"That user does not exist in our database. Click Here to Register"

 

Thats because its not an account rofl

radnom characters like aglakjsdghlasdjgh;ajsdkga;sjgf wont come up because no one has an account like that..

 

Can you remember your username? Fill up your username. Then since you can't remember your password just randomly type it in, the option will come out. Tried and tested.

 

Every username I usually use doesn't exist. But as I said, when I went to register it said my email is in use :S

I used the firefox "saved passwords" thing to find my username, thank goodness I saved it when I did LOL
