My store disappeared to reset my character hadesxx

my problem is that when I reset my character sure to take things out of the store, reconnect me and my things were gone ... I regret not having pictures but I swear I'm telling the truth ... my question is whether there is any way to recover lost or what part of it .... I ask please help me .... if you want to know who had send me a private message in the forum ... or if there is any way you see what they lost is much better with blessings

Aw, bro when you put items in your personal Store and u reset ur character, those items will disappear. If you don't have any proof / screenshots/photos, there's nothing we can do, I'm sorry. btw that happened to me, too. I know how it feels.
