in relation to the post http://forum.gameznetwork.com/showt...nge.-SS-and-Chat-log.-(sumakumlawde)-(RELATED), there had been a misunderstanding, according to my friend Sumakumlawde. It was not supposed to be dealt, and we tried to give back the pauldrons. As of the moment, we have given Qyros the ABG Pauldrons that he is so craving for. We thought he did this on purpose. We are so diappointed, as this banning massacre process is unfair. he could have PM'd suma, he is online all the time. if his motive is to scam, he shouldve done this on another character, but if you can see he used his main character to trade. that is so unfair, not taking both sides before banning someone.

That was part of the story. as concerned friends, someone close to us has traded Qyros the ABG leather pauldrons that the trade lacks, and he said he will ask you to unban his character. we are hoping for the best decision here. We are looking forward to a fair ban process next time. Lumiel is a peaceful server unlike siel. almost everyone knows everyone esp if they are on the same race, i hope you will look at this issue in a better light and with a ray of understanding.

We understand that it is your job to punish scammers, we are aware of that responsibility of yours, and we are in no position to question that. but Sumakumlawde is not a scammer, a duper, or whatever you would like to call him.

well if i remember well i been in hes events on siel, and thats true, it was all the time fail. from 2vs2 , becaming to 1on1, from asmos vs elyos , became asmos vs asmo , lol.

I asked A Senior AM, before banning him. so you may want to tell your friend to post a ban appeal. as i have no control over unbanning players. thats got confirmed for scamming from S-AM.

I never did any Event in Siel, because i dont even have character there.

For me, its not clear if that guy Sumakumlawde want to scam him in the first place, if he do so, he could change all the items into masta. He might mistakenly traded the masta pauldrons and there was no sufficient evidence that he canceled the 1st trade in order for him to switch from one item to another. It was a rush ban and wasnt reviewed thouroughly.

 

Thanks sir. I would just like to voice out my opinion over this matter. He will be posting a ban appeal soon, he can't atm coz he is being too depressed over the situation. We know that this process is reversible, and we are hoping for the best for both parties. We udnderstand where Qyros' frustration is coming from, and from someone who thinks he had been outsmarted, its human nature for a man to cast revenge.

I also know your position over this matter sire, and we are also hoping against hope that you would help us as well.

Sumakumlawde is a valuable elyos player in lumiel. and believe it or not, we had been playing lumiel since its launch months ago, and we havent given up on gamez. I hope you will not give up on us too.

No, we actually don't know why this kinah exploitation was thought to come from our legion. It was this certain "Catwomen" and his "Garuda" Gang who had mysterious hoards of Kinah, giving out trillions to whoever ask for it.

 

We understand your situation sir, I hope you understand our position as well. ^^ Can you help us out by supporting the ban appeal we will be posting soon? If we can, we would also like to talk to a S-AM.

Yeah, coz I know you and played with you before you left us on siel and opted for lumiel.

I dont know, it was just my opinion. I hope this matter gets resolved coz in this story it definitely have 2 sides unlike other report which are clearly about scam, hacks and etc.

 

Yeah, just let ur friend post his ban appeal, and fynie will dealt with it, in 1-2 days. max. he usually deal with the ban appeals thread everytime he login.

 

You better Pm fynie or explain thoroughly in your ban appeal your side of story.

I hope fynie will know the other side of the story, not just looking at the ban appeals then refer to the ban logs then base the ban appeal's decision on ban logs.
