Where is it

I have to finish a campaign quest in altgard and i have to kill either High Spellshifter Abija or Shaman Gabacha, but none is to be found. Any idea, because i really want to finish the quests in altgard, i'm so close .
Oh and if i made this thread another little question : i read somewhere that in 1.9 patch, there will be a craft materials vendor, in both Pandaemonium and Sanctum. Is he implemented or....?

I just checked on High Spellshifter Abija and she's spawned.

 

Oh, ok thx ^_^. Btw is Shaman Gabacha in the game?

 

Not sure but those might be on a timed respawn, maybe like 30 minutes, but not 100% on it.

 

Ok, thank you very much for the help . But...i don't know if i should do another thread, but there's a bug at this quest "Crushing the conspiracy". You have to go through the abyss gate in zemurru's grave into some kind of instance, but the gate teleports me to the ordinary abyss, and i can't finish the quest -.-
