[Help] Cannot Connect to the authorization server !?

    Hello,

    Are yesterday I can not login anymore to the server.
    No matter what I do not work.
    But my friend can log in.

    I've spent the whole day to fix this.
    But it does not work!

    Please help me!

    I have now already searched the whole forum! :/

    he is using win 7 or vista i bet it is win 7 but its not that problem...

    enter aion folder c:/program files/NCsoft/aion/bin32 and delete the d3dx9_38.dll and try to log in again
    BUT this is after u have installed the new launcher u downloaded

    i hope it helps =)

    that can't be it because i tried that and it still didn't work when i run the bat launcher it says the same thing what he's getting plus when i run the new launcher i get "the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application. and now i am running virtual machines on my computer to see if the new launcher works on windows xp and a few other operating systems to see if i get any other problems ill let you know what i get in a few min

    (0xc000007b) = register problem, i had simular befor but i cleaned register and then rebooted and it worked

    if nothing works redownload. make sure ur on North America. sometimes u HAVE to extract it in Program files. but yea, GL. there is help on www.crystalaion.com

    you know something that is funny because i looked that up yesterday and this morning around 7:50am and i tried that i tried housecall, malwarebytes and a few other programs and it didn't find anything at all my computer was clean so i know its not a virus.

    Same issue here, I am also getting the 0xc00000007b error.. If I use the new launcher. If I use the old one though I get the cannot connect to authorization server.


    /sigh been reinstalling, using support files, redownloading.. and STILL these errors :(...
