stigmas (low lvls)

    ok so after the update to 1.9 i started a sorc and when i got to lvl 20 i see i didn't learn the normal lvl 20 stigmas tried //givemissingskills but nothing can some one tell me what i should do or whats going on ?

    Oh its their attempt at balancing the game... jk... It's a bug.. They're fixing it.. hopefully :| ...

    By the way don't even bother to make a new char to pvp right now.. chances are you will get PWNED... all new chars will have absolutely ZERO good stigmas.. the one in the shops are shit..
