v.v because in game gm's (or am's idk) are useless

I tried to pm a gm or an am in game... and they beat around the bush and didnt answer my question D:! So! can some 1 answer why the server has been SO BAD recently? needing many reboots and has just been all around lagged to sh!t? Is it because the sever is sh!t? or because of updates? or what? if some 1 could just let us know it would make waiting more do-able so thanks to and am's or gm's that have a clue and can take 2 mins out of there day to put the community at ease <3

 

in 1-2 weeks they r changing the whole aion core (most server files) from aionengine to aionlightning so ull see a lot of changes around

the server wasnt designed to handle this many people and gets crazy delays every 1-2 days so it needs a restart

they cant really tell u the server sux thats why they "beat around the bush" lol

ok first please tell me what v.v means? and then lol... gamez ams are pretty busy and they get like hundreds of pms each minute so dont wait for fast reply lol

 

i know you guys are busy and i understand that completely, but this lag has been going on for a few days and wouldn't it have been easier to just make a post saying "about the lag" or something and just tell people why? then it would go out to a mass amount of people and you wouldn't have to deal with so many pms,
