and yeah lol. well they were actually planning to develop a smell/taste stuff like that for phones, that u could send people smells and stuff but yeah, curious how that would go if some1 sent u a fart >.>

idk bout taste, but i know they were planning to put some chemicals inside the phone that would combine to produce smells, read bout it a while ago in a magazine that comes out here called 21st century (mostly science stuff). u can google more i guess, but yea, i wonder how that will work coz i guess ull have to refill the stuff inside and such

true and yea besides that being like 4 years old, it was i guess just 1 smell pack

but they could put small amounts if various chemicals to combine into different smells. kinda like ur printer only has 3 colors, yet prints out the full hex color code table with thousands of different colors

 

But smell is different, every smell has different compounds in them that makes them smell. But anyways the smell would be limited.

 

definitely but a lot of smells r artifical and different combinations smell differently xD

Dah! i worked in cell phone marketing job for Samsung once. The phones were all amazing, but talking to their chief staff, they told me that once the manage to make a prototype phone to "kill" bugs in a 5 meter radius area. With real life tests and all, the whole concept was just an inside testing and R&D ideas. But i am not that surprised if they came with an application that makes the phone can mimic tastes, flavors and smells.
