I Purchase Masta Tome in Siel Character but it went to Lumiel please help

    Please refer to screenshot below.
    My Shirene character is in Siel and not in Lumiel, thats why I didn't see it in Siel.

    it just so happens that this registered to lumiel not in siel.....

    its not my mistake... i have no shirene character in lumiel... i registeered it in siel.. but it goes to lumiel with a shirene character??? i have no shirene in lumiel...... she is in siel.....

    help!!!!!! T_T
