Characters stuck and pets missing

Ok here is an ususual one I guess.
Each time I relog or quit game my chars get stuck, got this way 2 chars stuck (I did send unstuck requests on gamezaion site already, now waiting).
What surprises me that on all my chars, pets got deleted after todays server crash/reboot.
Any idea what on earth is going on?

yeah if u bought them and didnt relog be4 the crash, they didnt save. that means that the backup loads whatever u had from the last time u logged out the normal way

could u define "stuck" a bit more specifically? also that can happen when ur online during a crash

 

I bought the pets days ago, I logged off before server got rebooted too (like 20 min before it).
I logged in, saw pets missing in quickbars, checked pets list (empty), ckicked Logout, after 10 se, nothing happened and couldnt move, I had to close from Task manager.
Turned on game again, logged other char, pets gone too, relogged with same issue, forced shutdown and when I loaded game again, I couldnt log on any of those 2 chars anymore.
And I mean that Im not even in game and this shows:

id almost say u logged back into a half crashed server, otherwise i really dont know

 

My 2 char got stuck too

 

I logged in after server was rebooted already, couple minutes ago, my friends can play now with no problem and my chars get stuck when I log in, its strange >.>

 

make an unstuck request...and wait

 

I did, hoping it wont take 2 weeks...

 

alot of people having this problem now i have it as well..

 

But why did all my pets got erased? It's not like I bought them before server crahs, they survived like 10 other crashes lol.

 

Unstuck worked at last, pets came back to me.
