Weird Black-Out issues

So i'm having this issue where i lag really bad, and eventually my screen goes black, but i can still hear the music. After I close out of the game, the music and ambience continues to play until i log in to the game again. I'm thinking this might be a graphics issue, even though i have a pretty good graphics card and i have the graphics set as low as possible. After this, i try to log into the game and get the classic "already logged in" and "disconnected from the server". I'm wondering if this is a server issue, or if it's something i can fix. I'm playing on the Siel server Elysos
