    were do i put the launcher C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSoft\Aion or C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSoft\Aion\~PS\P\Aion_Main_0.0.0.0To2.1.0.1\ProductFiles

    C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSoft\Aion is the place, because when you press button start the launcher looks for \Aion\bin32\aion.bin to start the game.
