Combine effect gone after disconnect.

Dear Gm,
I just combine my item item Masta + Taha (Masta)that i got today. Just 30 ~ 1 hour ago.I remember it was combine right at sanctum.After a few walk,i got disconnect from server. When i log in back ... the combine effect with taha was gone.I did ask GM Sanctuarion for help and he call me to post to the forum with a Prove (Screenshot).To tell you the truth,i don't know this will happen and i don't have the screenshot to prove it. But can Gm at least view or check back my history? I really didn't Lie or try to get something from the server.

Char name = Atherok
Server = Siel

 

This isn't uncommon in gamez.

All you gotta do is, after an armsfusion, don't log off right away.
In this case, it's not really your fault, but consider this a lesson.

 

I think this person is telling the truth cos i ncounter dat bug once wen i rmodel my abg pauldron to vielles pauldron. after i rmodelled da server crashed, wen i log.in my abg pauldron's gone.
but too sad u dont have ss or proof..byw goodluck too u den hop it wont happen again..
