    Hi there :)

    It's my first time in this server and also the first time that I try to connect. I managed to follow all the steps in the "connect" section (the North America region, not to launch the game with the ncsoft launcher, etc) but I cant still connect to the server!! Honestly, I dont know what to do, when I try to connect it says that "ID or Password does not match (2)"

    Please, help :(

    Did you make an account and use the same username and password (password is case sensitive) in-game?

    Did you patch with the latest gamezaion client and run the game trough it?

    Problem solved :D Yeah, was a really silly thing, I was trying to connect to gamez when my account is crystal aion, I thought that the same account worked with the two server, as they are in the same web :D

    Sorry for the confusion and thank you for being so fast answering :love:
