This is originally from my legion forums, thought I should share this.

A quick and easy step to getting to 55 :D

    1) Make your toon.

    2) Level to level 9 on the monsters in Poeta.

    3) Go to Akarios Village and talk to Kalio and do //givemissingskills.

    4) Do the Ascension Quest.

    5) By now you're level 20, but before you do anything:
    • A. Get 500m Kinah from your main toon or wherever
      B. Expand your inventory here until it gets to cube 3
      [IMG]
      C. Get your 2 types of mist weapons and armour [Chronal(level 25) and Abstract(level 35)] here.
Get both of the sets since leveling will be quite fast.
      D. If you're a shield user, get your mist shield here.
      E. Get 50 scrolls of each town here.
      F. Do //givemissingskills again.

    6) Go to Verteron and talk to Spatalos.

    7) Take the flight transporter and grind on the mobs here until you're 25.

    8) Go to Eltnen and talk to Telemachus.

    9) Once you're 25, wear your first set of mist armour and head off to Heiron and level on the Horned Abex and Whitehawk Etins located just outside the gate. Grind there until you're 31-33.

    10) Go back to Heiron Gate, talk to Perento, then take the flight transporter to get to Arbolu's Haven.

    11) Do the Campaign Quest: Power of the Elim (Required Level: 31). You will get the Arbolu's Anointed title [+3% speed] and also get to level 38-40 by then.

12)Once you get to level 40, head to a teleporter in any town, and teleport to Theomobos. Then fly to the Observatory Village and grind on the monsters outside until you get to level 45.

    13) After that, head back to the village and grind at the Anangke Excavation Camp on Port Cataryds until you get to level 47. You also get Attack + 5 stones from the mob.

    14) Once you get to level 47, you can do any of the following quests in any order, all of which are easy to do:

    Location: Observatory Village, Theomobos
    NPC : Atropos
    Quests:
    • A. Josnack's Dilemma (Level 45) -sometimes bugged
      B. Kerubiels on Coast (Level 47)
      C. Protector Achrael (Level 47)

    Location: Jamanok Inn, Theomobos
    NPC: Tityus, Oileus, Jamanok
    Quests:
    • A. Calydon Hunt Wager(Level 49)
      B. Oileus Hires a Ringer (Level 49)
      C. The Lost Drakie (Level 50)

    Location: Sanctum
    NPC: Lavirintos
    Quests:
    • A. Lavirintos' Call (Level 50)
      B. Bound for Inggison! (level 50)

    Location: Inggison
    NPC: Meiria
    Quests:
    • A. Kind Meiria (Level 50)
      B. Crafty Messenger ( Level 50)

    Note:

A.Don't forget to do //givemissingskills every now and then, specially after you get to 55.
    B. You can do /where <NPC Name/Location> To locate things. If all else fails, click the blue name on the Quest Window.
    C. This is really quick if you have a friend or a group to level with.
    D. Don't forget to download item.pak 2.1 , free fly system.ovr , and npcs.pak

    Smartik's Overall Items.pak, System.ovr free fly and NPCS.pak
Any questions, comments, suggestions, please post below. :]

    i have a few suggestions

    1. not everybody has a main character. if they dont they cant just magically get 1 bill out of nowhere. my suggestion is that if they r new, vote be4 u do anything. that 2.5 mill lasts for quite a while
    2. i would not level at verteon at all :p id just talk to the guy and move to eltnen or something. u just got 11 levels by ascending which is what people on retail try to get on that map
    3. i would not tell them to level at heiron either since they will get pked a LOT that kinda ruins any attempt to level faster. u can use theobomos instead. its a fly zone, if u fly towards south east, the mobs increase in levels just enough to get u all the way to 50 (if u want to)
    4. u left out core entirely when they get to 48+, thats where i usually go to grab my elder for when i hit 50. also the mobs there give amazing exp so u get to 50 by farming ur gear alone
    5. //givemissingskills is actually intended to be used whenever u get more than 1 level (from a mob or a quest reward) since the game only gives u skills for the last level u just got and not the ones u skipped over
    6. id probably tell them to use the //givemissingskills right after ascending (and the finishing part at sanctum) so they get more time to setup their skills and get used to them. u can set them up as u run around looking for shops. if u do it at the end, its too many new skills and u waste time

otherwise its not so bad :p

i think newbies need guides more than people who already have a main so...id probably make it for new people instead

aka vote first, buy stock armor instead of mist. MAYBE mist wep if u have the extra cash. u left out buying potions at sanctum completely, they help during lvling. expand ur bag less so u have cash for extra stuff u might need.

armor really makes no difference in this game other than extra bonuses :p learned that in a really funny way

    me: lvl 53, elder +10
him: lvl 45, lvl 1 armor non enh
    mob: lvl 47

    damage on him: 470
    damage on me: 430

considering the fact that i was 8 lvls above him, had 50 lvls higher armor and max enh, thats pretty pathetic id say :p

so yeah forget mist armors, cost way too much for newbies and dont help so much

there always is :p its a matter of preference

when i made my elyos i just followed the good old rule
    1. the more expensive a town teleport is, the higher level mobs there r
    2. the further away from the main town u get, the higher level more there r

the guide changes completely based on whether u have nothing/premium/vip as well, so its good to at least point u in the right direction and tell u what to carry around to speed it up a bit if u really dont know where to go :p

I've always leveled my toons like this, of any class, VIP or non-VIP.

Currently I'm non-VIP. I've always been a lazy quester, and preferred to grind at level 1-47 and just quest the last few ones. :]

When I started this server, I was lucky enough to have a friend with me.

I don't use pots when levelling. For some reason, they never sufficed. They heal too low. xD

Well, this guide isn't for newbies, it's for leveling Elyos toons.

the last statement is contradictory :p kinda like saying newbies play asmos only and elyos r all already veteran players xD

it depends on ur class. as a mage, u do need whatever mana u can get so mana pots r like a must

there is a difference between nothing/prem/vip actually. for example, leveling in heiron without either keeps u exposed to asmo attacks for much longe aka increasing the chances or number of times u get pked, just as an example

and yes its much easier to get higher if u do quests for mobs ud kill anyways :p i should make 1 for asmos lol, know the good places to go xD

Um....no I didn't mean that. I meant this literally IS for leveling elyos toons, not for helping newbies.

...o_o there isn't any "other meaning" or "second meaning" to my statements. It's seriously and literally just a guide for making an Elyos character level 1-55.

If you want to make a newbie guide sooooooooo bad, why dont' you just make one?
