Problem With ITEM DISSAPEARED

Hy i had 500 Briliant Magical Aether in Trader Broker when at 02:18 arround there i remove them from Trade Broker to put them at a lower price when suddenly i cannot divide them to 100 pcs each cuz ppl dont buy at stack's of 500pcs. Dont ask me for picture post cuz i cannot post that. I cannot take a Screen shoot to everything i make and everything i do cuz i dont know when something bad happens. I dont make fake posts and some1 can help me cuz that was all that i had left and i was in verry need for allz. Some1 in measure pls replly cuz i need my aether back .I hope some1 can help me . Thanks.

Ps:I seen that i have the items in my inventory viewer on GamezAion.com but i can't see them in my inventory. Pls reply to my thread.

Now it's realy embarrassing IM WAITING FOR 2 WEEK'S Now asking for a solution why nobody ?I MEAN NOBODY in measure REPLY'S i mean 1 reply "sorry we cant do anything about ur problem-or something like that" I didnt asked nothing that something that's mine what PROOF i need to add or solution to help me with MY item. IM not the only one who is expecting 1 answer about the solution of 1`Freaking bug. I hope and i realy know that i will get 1 Reply off some1 in measure to Reply to my thread.
