Level cap for events

Can you please put a level cap for events?
Just now there were 2 level 25's and a couple of 30's and 40's in a race vs race event. You can imagine what happened next. a lvl 25 cleric. wow.
For one thing they have no idea what to do, and even if they did want to (heal/dps) they can't deal any of it.

I think you mean restriction.

I can see your point but it's an event and it should be fair game for all people playing not just those with more time on their hands and knowing where to lvl (lvl50+). Whether you win or lose you still get a reward (awesome thing about the events).

Another way to deal with this is to have events for separate level ranges...say 50+ and 20-49 for example. Though it's a lot more work.

But yea I think it's fair game...though I don't like losing, it is after all just a game and people come to play and have fun.

 

Your event for separate ranges makes a lot of sense. that should definitely be put in.

And although I did want to win, it wasn't all about that. The lvl 25s stood back because they didn't know what to do and the 40s went in cause they thought they could do something (lol)
It's a lot more fun with everyone even is what I'm trying to point out. Events for separate ranges would be great. Or just a cap for 50+. please.

 

well you can make race vs race with lvl cap make first form 20 - 40 then from 40 -55 or something like that not that hard :wink:

 

im not sure i agree on the level ranges actual numbers posted, but i believe some 'lowbie' events should be held and NOT hide n seek. hide n seek is lame! i enter every event i can /w for fast enough but i refuse to go hunting around the map for some one when i dont even really know where they are (not too big on lore and dont pay much attention to scenery)

perhaps we can know by the size of the event whom it is for? like 16x16 is for 25-49 and anything bigger is for 50+?

 

yea lv50 cap would be okay.

 

That isn't possible to make a cap because if a GM need to check everyone then we got complainement about it take's to long.

Because it wil take 10 min to organise a event now then it is arround 1 hour for 25 vs 25 or 30 vs 30. And then i am not talking about 50 vs 50 event they wil take 4 hours to organise then.

Only thing what can be done is don't apply for event if you are low lvl

Juz kiddin, it wouldn't be fair if they couldn't participate, it would be bad influence for Gamez.

 

Hmm we cant control the Level cap of the players who wants to join the event, Or it may cause rant on our side... Players have a freedom to join on any events they want...

But thanks to your suggestions to have an event for low levels i might considering it...
