Expanding cubes

ok found another bug so just reporting it!

when u expand your cubes you HAVE to go in this order

L1 [Row 1] 9 slots -- Base
L5 [Row 2] 18 slots -- Base
L10 [Row 3] 27 slots -- Base
L10 [Row 4] 36 slots -- Purchasable row 1 --> Poeta / Sanctum / Abyss
L10 [Row 5] 45 slots -- Purchasable row 2 --> Sanctum / Abyss
L15 [Row 6] 54 slots -- Purchasable row 3 --> Sanctum / Abyss
L15 [Row 7] 63 slots -- Purchasable row 4 --> Sanctum / Abyss
L25 [Row 8] 72 slots -- Purchasable row 5 --> Abyss
L39 [Row 9] 81 slots -- Quested row 1 --> Demodocos, "A Lucky Day"
L36 [Row 10] 90 slots -- Quested row 2 --> Poporinerk, "The Legend of Vindachinerk" pre req for "Pupil's diary" which lead you to the final one to expand a row.

if you dont you lose slots

example: i did rows 1-7, then i did lucky day quest and now i have 72 slots i cant purchase an other row because its bugged.

now that is fine now that i know but i found out the hard way. i did lucky day before i purchased row 8 in abyss and now it says i cant expand farther. This is a bug I have researched it and it says:
" If you do the quests, it simply adds another row without increasing your cost of buying cube expansions. In other words, you can choose when to buy expansions or do quests in whichever order you want."

maybe the coding is wrong on our server but something is not correct.

 

the same bug is for gamez actually (in a similar way)

u can buy all rows until the very last 1 and that 1 is done through a quest. if u do the quest too soon, u cant buy the last 1 and ur stuck with a locked row

 

Hi everyone,

I am in the exact same situation as Darkbow as I did "A Lucky Day" quest before talking to the Shugo in Reshanta. So right now, I have only 72 spaces in my cubes and I can't have 81 spaces as the shugo in Reshanta cannot expand my cube

If somebody can look into that, it would be really great

 

yea darkbow's explanation is correct, i tried on my char in crystal with the same result. so for those CA player who read this, do not do the luckyday quest first before expanding all ur slots.

 

not really a solution coz the only time new people check the forums is AFTER they already get the problem and then its too late

they should change it so u can buy them all the way till the last row or that u cant do the quests ahead of time. that way people wont get this problem

 

ok another update in this chain!

after you complete The Legend of Vindachinerk you have to gotoBlack Cloud island to get Pupil's Diary from Kohrunerk to get next quest from Vindachinerk "Stop the shulacks", but i cant get Pupil's diary from Kohrunerk
so i guess if you do it out of order your stuck with only 72 slots. instead of 90.

 

ohh another idea. after we get this one fixed though! how about a expansion ticket like the veteran awards on retail maybe say 500 credits. then when theres prob like this you could give a player one free to make up for the bug?

Is 'Where's Vindachinerk?" bugged? Cause after finishing "The Legend of Vindachinerk", I got stuck at the next quests. I bought all my slots first before doing lucky day and it all went all until Vindachinerk. It was progressing as usual, a chain of quest finding people but somehow it got stuck at theobomos where I have to speak with this shugo called "Yadamonerk". Apparently it says you have to speak to him or either another shugo but i forgot who.

But quest log still indicates his name on it. So is it bugged?

ok guys.. i did something stupid and it works somehow.

Like i said, After expanding to Cube 3 first slot. Max purchasing of expanding. You cant purchase anymore I think. Unable to.
Next was quest, lucky day and for amos i'm not sure what its called but it works i believe.
Then I try doing the vindachinerk quest, its a damn chain of quests. Troublesome and somehow I think its bugged half way through "Where's Vindachinerk" at talking to "Yadamonerk " (For Elyos)

THEN what i tried doing was to head to that ISLAND at abyss, Tigraki Island. I tried talking to the one expanding cube and IT WORKS! BUT you have to pay a 6+million for expansion. LOL~ but somehow it works, i dunno why so dun ask me, and then the quest doesnt matter anymore. So now my cube 3 is completed. I got a total of 108slots including default ones.

Weird stuff? Dunno why but somehow sometime stupidity works... ^^

 

i've tested the quests and first worked and the 2nd one a npc doesnt work
