Who gives you authority?

They say to leave feedback and constructive criticism but the first second it threatens their godly position as a GM they lock/close/delete/shadowburst and shoop da whoop the thread. This is sick.

 

okay lets put it this way.. if all you are going to do is sit here and flame other members or staff... then personally your not the kind of people we need around. if you read the rules it also does mention flaming so...

The job of staff is to keep players happy so they will keep donating. Saying they arent the kind of people you need around is absolutely the wrong thing to say, especially when it's a legitimate argument.

Oh and you aren't the first to tell me that I like to troll here and there and people get provoked and QQ at me. But for the people who know me well in-game and for some other's here on the forum they very much want me around.

 

That makes perfect sense since obviously none of the staff deserves the -mostly constructive- criticism they're receiving for things they may have done wrong.

That wasnt a very smart remark specially since most of the people you just adressed are the ones not only keeping the server active but also alive. Most of them are vip and even if their not im sure they have put plenty of money in. So yeah by not having them around there wont be a Gamez.

 

oh and i agree completely... however to sit here and flame people on the forums just show the lack of respect they have for the community. so if all people are going to do is sit here in forums flaming one another instead of keeping it in PM, well then.. theres the door

If you agree completely then why close my petition thread? You must agree when a legitimate argument is formed that you should keep it open for the community to decide and discuss it right?
Or is you definition of flaming slightly askew'd.

 

Not everything is sun-shine and rainbows in this world, Azmodius. When the community is provoked about something they will speak their mind fully. If your answer to them doing so is to close a thread or basically tell them to 'gtfo for speaking your mind, your not wanted here' it tells you a lot about the value of wanting the players best interest. The PLAYERS interest, not your own. The whole point of the community speaking their mind is to better the server.

I understand your the forum mod and you wish to protect your fellow staff members from flame. However, the community has spoken and this is it. Unfortunately the target of the flame in this case has provoked too much to where it isn't going to be solved peacefully.

I'm not trying to start anything here. I'm simply stating that it is wrong to take away the communities right to freely speak their mind via a post and poll.

 

The issue is that keeping it in PMs doesn't work. Trust me when I say that a lot of us tried that before a lot of the stuff went down. Fact is that the other person can just easily ignore it and nothing will ever be done. This way it is harder for them to avoid it cause the community gets involved. When it comes down to it this server is for the players and if the players aren't happy then Carl can't get his donations and without donations then Carl can't pay server costs.

You can't expect people to sit back and take the shit as their attack from a super mod that doesn't deserve her title. Even last night when zee and daaxie spammed threads what did she do? Coward down like a mutt with her tail between her legs. It's pathetic and she sewed the seed, now shes reaping it. You back stab and treat others like crap, expect them to stand up against you one day. Seeing how you support her i doubt you have the mentality to understand this though. But i've said it time and time again, she screwed up the day she tried attacking people and getting them fired. She knew she was taking a risk of it biting her in the ass, and it did. Supporting her will end up in your downfall as well. I'd suggest wising up, stop being blind and stop kissing ass. Because it won't get you anywhere. Oh and the gm's admins can show me the door all they want, i do have the ability to come back as many times as i need to.

Az, as i have stated when it start effecting the server due to incompetent people then it IS the public's business. She caused staff to fight and therefore it is time for her to go. Once she started causing the worthwhile am's to leave, it's time for her to pack her backs and gtfo.

 

When I talked to you a few times on the forums Azmodius I thought you were a chill laid back guy. After your response I honestly have lost all respect for you.
Look you might not care or think making scandal/corruption public is a good idea but I for one want to know what the staff does around here. If you have a non-corrupt friendly honest staff I can assure you more people will play this server. Almost all player's on P-server's have issues with GM's for some of the nasty things they do. If some of you learned to take it easy and approach things in an actual professional and friendly manner to people in turn the community will respect you back.

What comes around goes around it seems.
