so why am I even banned in the first place? Did you really need to make me wait 3 days? Why am I led to believe that there is other reasoning behind this?

If you can be so sure about banning someone when you can't even provide solid evidence... what made you so reluctant to punish this person from Ice Tea ( which we have heard from people that you had connections with ) in the report that Fpsnoob made?

at :11 of the video, you can CLEARLY see him using cleave on his target UNDER the floor. In the end, he did get punished... but it was not by YOU. You also said you had 1 year of experience, so how do you not know the layout of Fort Asteria?

When I told you to check on someone from Ice Tea for using attack speed hacking for hitting me 2 times in the same instant, you came and showed me something to do with DMG, which was totally irrelevant to what I had reported to you, which you proceeded to tell me that you would keep an eye on them, but logged off immediately after.

I've only been back on this server for less than 2 weeks and I'm banned without proof, and can already sense a game of favoritism being played. Is this what I am to expect of the senior AM on the Lumiel server?

You realize that Lv50 accessories and weapons give the same PvP Dmg as ABG right? The only difference are the other stats that come with it... and I am playing a sorc, where dmg is based on Magic Boost. What is there to explain? Did you even take into account that sometimes I may even be fighting people who didn't have PvP Defense gear? Calculations aren't based around just one person.

It's clear Twilightgirl has read this thread...listed on readers and currently online at the moment. So why is nothing being done? Constantly ignoring things you choose to ignore. I didn't know AMs were allowed to be so biased and just overlook things they don't want to do anything about. You even commented yourself that there was no proof for the ban and his appeal should unban him due to that yet I suppose if you just ignore his appeal that you told him yourself to submit...

You're also listed as having viewed his appeal and once again did nothing despite telling him to post it yourself.

Every little thing? Yes cause am's being able to selectively decide who they do/do not punish or assist and abusing their powers to remove threads calling them out on this and showing their bias doesn't effect the rest of the game and community.

He was banned for "hacking" with no proof posted at all and twilight herself said to appeal it due to this fact. He has never hacked in game. Having good ping and over 2 years of retail experience playing a sorc and being one of the best on retail server doesn't make someone a hacker. Just because people end up not liking that he can kill them they shouldn't have their own buddy ams that can ban those people for no reason without proof.

 

I'm sure you'd be making a scene out of it if you were wrongfully banned because a Senior AM decided to choose sides, or if you had items that you borrowed, and still had to return to friends

You don't hack so you wouldn't be in the same position...Ruiko doesn't hack either and its quite clear that NO proof has been posted anywhere of him hacking yet he was banned. So you could be in the same position and hey we could all start calling you a hacker without evidence even if you say you aren't. That's the position he's in if you didn't realize that.

Casting animations for some skills can't be shortened with not even low ping, If u need SS's of my Ping.. allow me to take some and Send them to you anytime u want to ~ It won't be over 50 ms.
Wind cut down animation takes 0.7 secs at least, Yet ur animation was None ~ I'd be glad if u could explain it, yet It'd be a fake explanation since It can't be done.
U can play sorc like a god if ur meant to, I do play sorc and I'm really good at it, Yet I don't get 50 reports ingame in less than 1 hour ~
Not to mention that ur using Anuhart With not even a full set ~ I won't get into terms of MR, M.acc and Mboost in a part anu part EGT Set Which would be useless to explain also.

I'm clsing this thread and if u want to do something. I gladly ask u to do so w/o posting Private info which SHOULD have been kept in PM's. Yet I wouldn't find any point in it other than just flaming and starting useless drama again in the forums ~Which might not end up well if I have to be honest.
