    how much abbys is needed to be army star 1???

    i have already 3m abbys...

    oh... you sure of that huh??? why is it my friend he is army star 1 then he used up his abbys then go low rank but now he is army star 1 again.. what can you say about that my friend??

    On each faction there can only be 1 Governor,3 Generals blalbalblabla and 1000 1-star officers,so if you wanna promote to 1-star,your AP gotta beat the number 1000th one star

    If the worst Army 1 has 10M AP then you have to get more than 10M AP.
