    Just a suggestion... since most of them just create and create new account everyday... why not IP banned them... if they are playing in Cafe.. then IP banned the cafe... and they have to blame those scammers playing in their place... its obviously that they know the scammers in their cafes.

    Just regionally ban entire countries known to produce hackers. Brazil, Romania, Philipines, United States...

    If the devs can figure out the ban system and change it so it won't IP ban but Mac adres ban then the problem is solved
