Lost Item From Item Shop

I bought a Cute Swim Hat last night when the server was bugged. Couldn't log on at all to check if it was there. When I came on this morning, it wasn't in my inventory. Screenshot is proof I purchased the item.

1 - we got update on 14 so no1 can trade something !!!!!!!!!
2 - u bought the item on 15 , so u can't trade it w/o vip !
3 - also we can't use accound wearhouse ....

Exactly. >.< Snick was trying to say I traded to someone. First of all, it's a costume hat, no effects, no bonuses on it. Second of all, trade is bugged so I couldn't trade it if I had it in the first place. = (

do u know how many scammers are there? by checking ur id, we sum up that u traded to other person and now wanted to scam us, but was before i enlarged and improved the quality of ur picture, cuz the one u sent me, was too little and i could see nothing... now let bryne see it and refund ur item...
even though ur hat is to so called " Blueskye" even if u dont know him....

 

Scammers are a GamezAion problem, not Crystal. We're not the ones infected with dupers, hackers, glitchers and scam artists.
