Point of the Situation

on crystal didn't fixed anything anywai :

3 months ago they sed that we well do roolback for adding drops ( back then in january crystal was nice fixed ) !!!!!! After all this time we got a bugged server and no drops , all items untradable , and no ppls at all !!!!! - I think 3 months is alot of time in fixing a server , serioulsy now ... wait , wait , wait , but how long ?

We all come for fun , but first u must find a wait to have it ....

 

well i a bit studed , aion server files, and i can realy say to add drops enough less 1 week for most of them . anyway leave crystal go to gamezaion, more ppl , more fun and hings arent so bad like on crystal.

The real funny thing of this is that 9 ppl of 10 make complains and shout without even being at knowledge of the current real situation.
With this thread i tried to show you what we all are trying to do for your wishes to enjoy the server and Carl/devs/staff work which has strongly increased with the aim to solve new problems, and i wanted to try to create a vibe of cooperation between staff and players, which is the best way to solve every bug and problem.

It was really humiliating to watch yesterday a player making complain messes because he couldn't go to Heiron and he was still waiting for update, and when he got asked if he actually informed on forum about update and rifts he just replied "Going on forum is useless and too much boring, what i say is truth", and then he started insulting everyone ingame who tried to make him understand that he had to inform about that;

Another humiliating thing was the huge list of whispers i recieved from players about previous days lag, but still no one tried to inform on forum and get that it was only a matter of new emu to start running and just loved insulting staff members because of our useless reason to make updates;

Another humiliating thing was to recieve whispers from players complaining and insulting for drop bug and for Ash missing presence ingame when when they didn't even know that Ash resigned nor that i asked Carl to implement special rewards to fight this bug.

The point now is: humiliating for whom? Staff members? Absolutely no. It is funny to read posts of players who left the server and still saying they are doing much more than us when they actually don't even know what has been fixed with update and what bug was born.
It's upon your rights to complain about server errors but doing for lack of population when you for 1st migrate somewhere else without trying to get a cooperation with staff members and devs/Carl, which is not forbidden by rules, is pointless.
Maybe you forgot what happened yesterday, but staff lost many members due to Ash/Bella issue, and that doesn't help of course devs work which is not easy.
By chatting ingame with many of you, i tried to get your problems and issues in order to help you enjoying the server, and old damage bug issue was the main reason of your decision to leave server and join it back once fixed, but now that it's been fixed you still complain and don't respect your coming back word, and that comes when actual population has increased a little.
Asking to change things and being not present is pointless, if you really want to get it for the server or just for yourself to be back where you like to play, then come as you said and get it by creating that cooperation vibe i seem be failing to show you.

1. Get Bella out
2. Fix the server properly not all this "we might give out some cool event rewards maybe"
3. Fix the server's problems.
4. Fix the damn server.

 

This is not Gamez, Crystal suffers a different situation.

 

there will always be complains about stuff, every server you go and it would be better if staff and players are becomming one and not keep argueing and getting the staff a hard time they are working as much as they can to fix the problems the server has, but you will need to give it time

 

we'll give it time - after 9 months here , wtf IT's not even matter if i'll wait another 1 xD

Yeah at the moment i can't even trade stuff between chars, if they fix some things i'll play in Crystal again. Even though, like i said, Crystal w/o Ash sucks.

About trade problem:
Issue is under Carl rework, server might be restarted to implement trade fix.
About special easter rewards:
My suggestion is under approvement consideration, i'll work to that in order to have it complete and working.
