    If i was still in staff you would not be banned, i checked where your ip is and watched the video over and over, i have almost as low ping as you do and can attack almost as fast. Did harley ban you to start with? I also had a friend that lived around the area in georgia where you do and they had 20-40ms. So i would say that is legit, though the speed is fast but it makes sense to where your ip is.

    Lol, I can kill full ABG ranger on my temp that fast with 250-300ms on Greatsword. What more if I got below 100ms.... So that report is lame and lack strong proof of a hack. If you want to disagree, try and test with a temp who have crit/att build vs a ranger.
