    Ok what the hell is going on..... first you guys tell me to refund my paypal since i didnt recieve any of my items.... and obviously i wouldnt be banned for it.... as stated......

    yeah the main website says if u ask for a refund that ur account will be permanently banned

    however

    thats asking for a refund when u got ur items, used them and r leaving

    in ur case u never got them to begin with so its totally unjustified and u dont deserve a ban

    sigh wtf.....i provided proof.... paypal reciept..... proof of history....and player screen shot....how can there be no log of no player when its clear there is a player......zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    Well im afraid you going to have to refund since you can't show me how you got into the history without selecting a character or a server, also there is no records for your character name so I cannot check anything..

    lol maybe thats why u didnt get anything, maybe they put the shop there by accident and removed it moments later (which is most likely the case)

    the same thing happened to somebody else with the xmas shop
