Didin't got item from online shop credits

    cHey i had 1.9k credits i donated 1.1k credits today then i bought stormwing wings 2 and when i logged 5min after donation i had only1 wings the i waited now 2 hours i still haven't got items and in history it stands i bought only1 stormwing wings but i lost 3k credits, i have the order nr where i bought today the credits. So if wont get my wings or credtis back i will cancel my billing because i dont wanna pay for something i will not get. i think thats fair.
    AND IF YOU WONDER WHY I AM NEAR WAREHOUSE ITS BECAUSE I THOD MAYBY IT WAS THERE BECAUSE I TRIED EVERYTHING

    I am exepting to recieve my wings or credits back because i pay for a reason not for just pay and not for nothing. you have around 11h left because after that i am going to cancel my paymet...

    Make a screen shot of your warhouse + profle + full inventory.

    And post this in the missing items thread. Iam pritty sure you'll get it back.

    u should post a screenshot of ur payment, usually gets things done faster when u pay with real money
    if u cancel ur payment, ur account will get auto-banned btw, ull need to talk to a gm to get urself unbanned

    the website shop bugs r common lately but they can check back to how many credits u had be4 so it shouldnt be a problem (especially if u post a screenshot of ur payment)

    he doesnt need to, his inv shows the pair he paid for and if his pruchase history shows only 1 pair, he didnt get 2 of them

    btw in the future, try login after each item u buy, its safer that way

    my friend also didn't get his ABG Pants, and the bad thing is No Purchase History...
    what he did.. he just forget it... and quit.. :(
