Is trading accounts for items a technical RMT?

    Not really.

    Since RMT technically involves real money. If the exchange did not involve money, there's no RMT.

    And it's not advised to give your account credentials to certain people.

    Let's say I have an alt account where I keep most of my good stuff while it was still VIP, but now the VIP has expired and I have no intentions of making it VIP again to trade nor do I want to keep the stuff in there, trading it is basically allowed?

    Well, basically.

    I was going to check Gamez rules but sadly I can't view it unless I'm at least AMT (weird much? since I was able to view it when I was AMT).

    as far as I can recall trading accounts have not been mentioned in the rules so technically it's fine.
