Missing EAT bow help plz

I just bought a EAT bow for credits from site.When i tried to combine with my masta bow EAT was dissapear and nothing changes.Where is my bow??2 weeks voting for nothin?Can you check what goes wrong.I want my bow back.Plz help me.

 

fusion is still bugged (even though they claimed they fixed it months ago). its too bad that most people dont expect it to be bugged so they dont record any proofs

if u show a screenshot of ur pruchase history and ur ingame inventory/warehouse/char gear u can get it back

next time u do it, take a lot of screenshots, record a video (gets it back much faster coz they dont have to check for fake evidence) or use //gmlist and have one supervise u if hes not busy

its fine, they got used to poeple not doing it coz they didnt expect fusion to be bugged

just take a screenshot of ur purchase history and u NOT having it ingame (aka show ur char screen, inv and warehouse on 1 screen to prove its not there)

 

so i need to vote again??its any another way to get back my bow??

if u show ur purchase history (the fact that u bought it on the website) and ur inventories ingame (to show its not there) they will give it back to u
