I need help D; My char is bugged :s

    Hello! Any GM can help to me please ?
    My char is bugged ... Nick: Seduccion.
    I talk with a GM and he say me when server is restart my char is fixed.
    But not work :s My char still bugged :/
    When i join to Aion. I not see my char and the screen is frezz and my char is hide. In status char all are in " 0 " :s
    Im scary because i not want lost my items :'(
    Any one can help me pls ?

    Send unstuck request and wait for server to reboot. remmeber dont login in your char untill server reboot.
