Power abuse!

its clearly a power abuse from the part of so called gm by banning me in game just because i don't agree her lame argument. i read through the guide of game punishment;http://forum.gameznetwork.com/showthread.php/54576-Crystal-Aion-Official-Game-Punishments
However i cant find the offense i have made if there's any that resulted me to get banned in game..
