Name Change Ticket Bug?

Sorry if this has already been brought to your attention, but I donated and bought a name change ticket. Everything is fine and dandy as I enter the name, and as it asks me 'Are you sure ___ etc etc etc" I press okay, and then nothing happens. The ticket doesn't disappear, and the name isn't changed.


Any idea on how to fix this, or if I just need to wait for the devs to fix it?

 

1 of those tickets was bugged, not sure if it was name change or plastic surgery

however if u havent learned crafting or anything, the simplest way is to remake the char. if ur not totally new to the game, u can get max lvl again within 2-3 hours, then pass ur gear through account warehouse ^^ cheaper too

 

After making 13 characters to make this one that can actually kisk, I was intent on just buying the stupid tickets so I didn't have to go through that nightmare again. But I still want a word from the devs because I wasted my money on something that wasn't publicly told was bugged (would make me wonder why it's on the item shop if it's bugged, ye?)

 

well they cant really spam the forums every day listing all the things that r bugged. they did say it ingame often when a gm got on though (in the past at least) warning people that its bugged

on this server, its safer to search the forums first or make a thread with a question, people can tell u if it works or not (specially when it comes to unusual things like these tickets).

another good practice is to screenshot everything (possibly record), makes it much easier to get lost things back (like weps after bugged fusion)

 

piufff...... lucky me.. i almost want to buy that ticket too.. but i ask in forum and seems no one respond @.@...
and now i know its bug @.@....

might wanna wait for that "big update" (which was supposed to happen in 2 weeks exactly 2 weeks ago btw ) so yea, they r late (again). things might work better after that

 

I come from private servers where administration that actually is involved with the people who donate actually mark these things or would have, at some point, removed it from the shop until it was fixed. It's honestly baffling when I know they do holiday stuff on the cash shop and they couldn't take a moment to remove that specific item.

well the admin here is known as the guy whos never around (aka carl)

evilset (the dev) does whatever carl tells him but hes pretty detached from the community itself so he hardly ever listens to what people here want. also evilset doesnt really have any qualifications so his updates r mostly "lets see what happens" and source files taken from other servers

so yeah dont have high expectations ^^

 

simple word : Carl didnt care as long he got money from donate
