Can't make Noble Horned Set >.<

    Ok after i got all the mats with all my patience and effort seems now i cant craft the mats needed..... Here's the thing Tanned Dazzling Firm Balaur Skin or Dazzling Firm Balaur Scale Piece wonder why???? I know the craft system is the light blue thing appears i call "proc" from retail, but even though I get 1 proc and I get a blue mats, but when I get 2 procs, isn't that supposed to me I'll get the gold version of the mat?? >.> I got 2 procs like 20 times for now and I still get blues. Are the mats implemented or what?? ...... :pinched:

    Not all mat's drops and the craved master fragments doesn't sell anymore the only way that you can get them is by trading with other players. And yeah proc rate is mess up here. xD
