No char, no ears =\

Hello. I want to ask about some help with my problem =\
i had an asmo account where i voted and got 900cre. bought a rabbit years for 500cre for char with nickname Godis. I deleted her long time ago but she was in base and i can vote on that nick also so i thought she wasnt deleted. well i bought a rabbit ears for her and logged in with that account...but char wasnt there. at the end - no char, no ears...
im not so reach to donate real money for this stuff and i really wanted to have this head =( please give it back to me on other char on that account, or to my main char on other one. i w8 for this damn shop for few month...=\

just more bullshit, like voting and recieving no vote points, your gear mysteriously vanishing off your character,
the fact is, they do have logs to show this info, but that means someone would actually have to go through them and that is just a little too much like work, so screw the people that keep the site/server alive and just keep bending them over for the almighty dollar.
and they wonder why people keep leaving this server... including staffers

Sotis, go back to Gamezaion.com Check your History and Screenshot your info of your bunny ears. and place it ehre as prove. I hope you get them back

 

You are aware that you deleted that char, so why you wasted your time voting on that nick?

 

I want to add more info on my friend here, we are the same legion and doesn't know much english. She was aware that she had "before" Deleted and never happen and thought it had canceled that it didn't since it was still shown in Gamezaion.

Til she log it was "Officially Deleted" and now gone with her Ears. She will get more prove about the ears and the history.

 

i was working all this day so cant type here. now im back.
i cant show any screenshots of my char or his inventory bcuz i have NO char atm. i voted on other char on same account but this morning i logged in at the site with my account and i still had my deleted char in char-list so i thought it wasnt deleted yet. so i voted 1 more time this morning on her nick and i got credits - it made me absolutely sure she wasnt deleted from server. so i just bought ears for her. then i logged in game with same account and was really surprised and sad that i have only 4 chars on my char screen instead of 5 like i saw on the site. i cant make screenshots of page where i bought the ears bcuz when i tryed to press *prev page button* it show me only shop list and nothing more.

 

hello? can anyone help me or not? i vote for nothing all this time?
