i buy 3 items from site but i just receive 1 pc

its my second time having this problem,

today, around 11:30am-12:00NN, i got 1.9k credits and i buy(RUSH) a 3 parts of items from site(easter shop) Jester Shoes, armor and helmet(worth 1.5kcredits all)and i forgot to do a SS because im very excited to the easter shop..first i buy a Jester armor, then helmet then boots..i buy jester armor and i buy jester helmet and it says that i need to wait for 1 minute to buy a new item and i wait for 1 minute and the the helmet and i wait again and i buy the boots..i log in my character and i check my inventory and i notice that i just got 1pc of easter item shop so i relog 3 items but still i got 1pc easter item...

i want those items to remodel for my abg plate set

i hope i can get back my items

i know that i dont have sufficient SS because i take SS too late...

i buy items from site but i didnt receive (w/ SS)

please help me...i buy a abg plate pants from site and i didnt receive the item that i buy and when i check my history list it was not listed...i take a SS of my credits before i vote (1980), and i got 2060credits after i got and i buy a abg plate pants worth 2000 credits and i refresh my MOZILLA FIREFOX and i got 60credits left and i connect my character and i check my inventory and i didnt receive the item..

i got few SS i hope my problem will be solve..thank you

that will be my last abg part to complete my abg gears

You can see a list of items you purchased by logging in going to the items list and clicking history. If you get a Screenshot of the history of your purchases that can help it be completed faster most likely.

 

wew u need screenshot for historial man , for am or gm helped

 

only 1 item listed on the history list(the boots)...

and i dont know if where are the 2 items that i buy..

i know that i dont have sufficient prof

when you buy those 3 items.. are you logging in or not? because sometimes when you buy items in row without logging in,it will eror or something..
thats happen to me once,i buy 2 items and i just get 1 item.. too bad..
my advice if you want buy items a lot,buy one then log in - out buy it again,and do that again and again ^.^

 

i didnt log in my account when i buy those all items...i log in my character after i buy all items

everything you purchase is recorded in the historic shopping, it is hard not to be there, restart your computer and enter it into the page and see its historic shopping again without it any GM who is going to give you the item again
