[Question]About items that went to Lumiel

Okay so during the Christmas Shop I bought a Dragon Deity Warhammer but then it didn't appeared in my Siel Character so as in my Siel Purchase History so I just bought a new one thinking I wasted credits(didn't bother to make a Lost Item appeal since it was not in my Siel Purchase History). So Today I have read that it might be in Lumiel History log and when I checked it, it was there. I only have 1 char in Lumiel named Paella and obviously it wouldn't received the item since I bought it with a Siel char.

So my question is if I create a Lumiel char with exactly the same name as my Siel char who purchased the item, would the item appear or not?

 

Well, I guess it won't, but AM's will be able to re-add the item to your Siel character if you forward this to them.

 

Hmm so which char inventory and warehouse should I SS since I bought a new one the next day? Will they refund my credits? or they'll add the same item again which I don't want to since I already have one :x.

lol nvm I tried creating a character that has the same name with the Siel one but it didn't appeared. I don't think they'll return the items though since it's been already months since it happened. So thanks for the help guys.
