Problem buying 2 x Beatific Halo

    Hi there,
    I have this problem, I bought 2 Beatific Halo from the page and they never appeared in my char's inventory.
    The account name is Kaidas and the char is Kaidas too.
    Hope u can see this issue.
    The credits are not in the account anymore!! Please, check it in your database.

    do you login to your account?
    or do you check in user cp if they are in your inventory before logging in?

    Hi Untouched, the sequence was like this:

    1- Bought 1 halo
    2- 1 min after that, bought the other halo.
    3- Entered the game

    I did not check my items by the page, never did it after buying things.
    This is the first time it happends to me. I bought a few things before and never had a problem.

    I have a snapshot of the operation, but dont know if i should post it or send it to a GM directly.

    I KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO MY THINGS!!
    THEY ARE IN THE LUMIEL SERVER!!!

    I have a char i created once in the Lumiel server, with exactly the same name as Siel´s pj. The two halos are in that pjs inventory.
    What can I do??
