Items bought on easter shop sent to Lumiel instead of Siel server

    I'm making new thread about this issue. I bought Beatific Outfit, Beatific Halo, Raiments of Mystery on Easter Shop, but neither of those items were sent to my Siel character, Nekodono, instead they were sent to non-existing char of the same name on Lumiel server.
    Here's screenshot of my Lumiel purchase history:

    Please deal with this matter as soon as possible.
    Misdelivered items are worth 1500 credits, it's not small matter for me, since i don't donate, only vote. It took me too much time to leave it be. I'd like either those items delivered to my character on Siel server Nekodono, or recompensation of 1500 credits.

    But he doesn't even have any lumiel char so thats not supposed to happen.

    I do have characters on lumiel, but they were just made when Siel server crashed (like always) and i had nothing to do, so i wanted to check Lumiel out. But there's no record of Nekodono character ever existing on Lumiel, at least not on my account.

    Opss scratch what I said he does have a char on lumiel. But anyways that should have not happen.

    Happened to me too when I purchased an item last Christmas shop just found out about it yesterday that the item went to Lumiel lol. which I only have 1 char and a different name.

    I Have the same problem.
    I bought 2 Beatific Halo from the page and they never appeared in my char's inventory.
    I made 2 chars in Lumiel when it appeared months ago, i never played with them more than lvl 24.
    i DO have the same char name in both servers, but NEVER bought things to them.

    Today I was reading a post of some guy that found his things in the other server ... so i looked and ... yes, things are there.

    Hope someone cares about this, voting everyday and loosing the credits is REALLY NOT FUN. :S

    AMS/GMS, please give us a hand.

    Last time I check It happened to me 3 weeks ago when I purchase Masta Tome, it went to a non-existent character in Lumiel. And guess what until now, no actions.. /pf
