Sorc. 1 hit my 8.9k life +10 items lol

Don't blame sorcs and stop saying they are op, the skill was given a pretty tough pvp reduction as well as a nerf on retail, its just the server still allowing it to hit for so much. That goes for alot of skills as well.

You guys need to start worrying when a sorc starts hitting you for 21k like my friend can on a dif server and he doesnt even use hacks either he jus knows his class and has damn good gears.

@TS i have to agree there is alot of ppl on this server that have to use hacks inorder to gain high status i can name 4 rank 1 -2 on asmo.

 

Wel you can do that 2 on this server if you a real good gear got a chanter next to you and have all buffs on.

And you all stop complaining if mag crit works like retail wel think how high the attacks then is

 

Totally Right. Never forget to do that, cuz buffs gives you an idea on which kind of player you're going to face. On sorc, their best self-buffs has low duration. As chanter, just use protection mantra, soul strike and kite, wait for his buffs gone. If sorc is slow (he doesnt CoR or root) he will lose his best buffs, and if hes not... well, you're almost dead xD btw chanters can get higher elemental resistances and mresist, so your class is one of the most able to fight against sorcs (scout classes are the best)... but well, never understimate them is the best DD on Aion. And your +10 items will not help you against magic attacks it just gives pdef... if you want to evade magics get mresist and if you want to lower the magic damage get elemental resistances.

I just had an idea... a new forum about PvP system, so we can post our skillchains, techniques, strategies against some classes. I know is better to keep those secrets for one, heh... but it should be fun too and helpfull for newbies.

 

Sorcs can really kill some classes really fast nowadays.. my combo for killing a templar or glad which could have a 9k+ to 12k hp would be like vaizel's wisdom+boon of quickness for instant cast then glacial shard and flame spray II, if they are still alive then use any instant cast offensive skill (sorry for the lame combo but this isnt for 1v1 duel, just for any massive pvp in abyss)

It sometimes go as far as 17k damage with full buffs.

 

another stupid thread .... that is nothing my friend did 17k dmg with his sorc

 

17k damage would be lightburst or shadowburst, but still the cd is 1 hr.. well lets move on to another thread..

 

sorcs are the noob friendly class all you need to do is use 1 skill to win <3

 

hahha not really a noob friendly class, but noobs tend to use classes which has/have a huge damage dealing/offensive skill.. still a sorc can be a class that is difficult to use, depends on the player you're fighting/dueling.. and also if sorcs need 1 skill to win, u also need 1 skill to defeat them and that is SILENCE!!! HAHAHHA!!

For real though, as a templar (I will never re-roll to the fad of the month class) here is what most of my encounters with a sorc are like...

lalala fighting a monster alalala... what are these "ZzzZzz" on top of my head? Hmmm, I seem to be dead. (elapsed time 2 seconds) No other class has a sure kill skill, so the one hour cd that all the op sorcs whine about when defending their op class doesnt mean jack. Give everyone an ultimate doom one hour cooldown skill and maybe then 98% of the server wont be sorcs anymore. Its getting old truly.

Now defend your op class and tell me to qq more, tell me something I dont know nooblets.

 

this just gave me a thought of making a sorc char.

 

Sorcerers are in no way easy to use.

Maybe the persons that get killed, is either a person without skill, or hes a class that sorcerers are good against.

So stop the useless QQ

 

for porbs like this make ur self an glad use defence preparation and hes pwned (took 6k 500 dmg from an sorc that hit me with lightburst2 ^^)

 

Yeah you have to be a noob to die from a skill that can hit for 20k dmg...

 

Then dont get hit by it!

I think Assassins/Rangers have already a skilled "Aethertwisting & Focused Evasion"

About glad, look the person above...

Templars, well ive seen them resisting around 4+- of my spells, so??

Besides when Magic Resist gets fixed, simply stack that and you have a high chance of resisting it, and if u do get hit the damage would problably be alot less.
