Item disappeared.

Now this is just frustrating.

Well, my husband just lost the Master Carved Prolix boots+15 in his inventory after the game froze and demanded for a PC restart (PC hanged and after for so many minutes, still nothing happened so he decided to restart the PC). Right after the restart, and logged back in in-game, he noticed that 1 part from his MCP is missing. So I want to know what is this thing. Does this really happen? And if ever I report it and make an official report about it, can we at least retrieve the lost item? What can we do to avoid this?

*He got this item days ago from a trade. I don't think it's a dupe since the set is stuck in his inventory for some days now (planning to trade it for something good). It just happened that today, we're experiencing so much Send log while playing also some unusual game freezing while playing and needs a PC restart after it happens. We're playing with all low graphics+16 bit, full screen.
**Just need some answers if staffs can replace the item. They can check the logs, we didn't make any trades including that item/set.


We badly want the boots back. No matter what, if it's +0, we don't care. Enchanting isn't the problem. The problem is that, probably it will be so hard to find someone selling a piece + selling an incomplete set will take us decades to be able to sell it or never, at all.

Thank you very much for the bump. And yes I hope we can have the boots back Q.Q I know for others it doesn't worth a thing but we're trying to keep the set for a trade. And it means a lot. Having it incomplete is just useless, a good for nothing item. Q.Q

 

Ok so this is the story.

I traded that item last morning. I played all day long,wore it like 5 times changed set and all. Logged out and logged in all day long..Then...28 hours after the trade (or so) i was at heiron,hunting some materials,when my client froze,the set was in the inventory,then i just restarted my pc cause my game was totally frozen,when i logged back in and after about 5 minutes,i noticed that my master carved prolix set is incomplete..the boots were gone..

You realize that this set is useless without the boots,no one is gonna buy it now,and im not willing nor i can craft that part again. I want my item back FFS!

It's really sad what's going on in this server.

 

I don't want to quit and leave some great friends behind but if this continues I might decide suddenly. By the way, thank you very much for helping.

 

No problem really, I know how it is when you loose something you worked hard for and noone from staff cares.

They don't even try to cheer up people and don't have the guts to say that no action will be taken or it's your fault.

 

Well, if that's what they will tell us they better not mind posting at all. LOL! I mean, I doubt it's our fault since it just happened right after the game froze. Something we can't control happening, something that happens in a snap. Now I don't think it could be our fault losing the item. Or maybe at least tell us, forwarded to whom can solve this issue, blah blah. Right? With that they can give us peace of mind.

*OMG, I was busy watching Audition, a Japanese horror movie when suddenly my husband told me he lost the set that is supposedly will be given to me because I am planning to make some trades with that set Q.Q so basically, it isn't him who should feel bad but me. Huhuhu

 

I would prefer to hear a: "we aint doing sh*t with your problem" that wait a month or two for any action or reply.
Seriously I think that sometimes they just wait for the problems to be fixed by itself somehow or till the thread gets forgotten.
