Unstuck the Stucked!

So my character Volves is stuck.

However the Unstuck request went through seeing as how im located in Ishalgen.



This is what happens on my computer: log in to character selection, i press (Start) on Volves. black screen of loading. crashes to a Send error report.

This is what happens on a friends/brothers computer since it maybe better then mine: log in to character selection, press (start) on volves. black screen of loading. Insalgen loction can see some things. crashes to a send error report.

I can start a new character. i can delete him. problem with that is he has all my good equipment. coming up on Day 3 of being stuck.

So im looking for options. ideas. what can be done?

Edit:
- updated my Client to lastest and greatest with the NCsoft launcher. same problem.
- downloaded and replaced my crystal aion launcher with a new one. (not that it would make a difference)

 

weirdest thing happen... i got disconnected and couldnt log back in due to password not being correct or something when i was 100% sure my password is correct... waited about 5m... tried again and got logged back and my character Volves was fixed!

whoever tampered with my account.. fixed it.

 

i just fixed it and found the cause
