i'm always disconnected from the server everytime

Hello, sorry for bothering you guys, it's just that I don't know how to work this out.

Details: I haven't played for a while, but I can surely remember I was somewhere in Pandemonium. I started playing again today and as soon as I logged I woke up somewhere in Theobomos, near the Anangke site, I was surrounded by Elyos and they have been camping me for several minutes. The main tragedy is that bind point is Port Anangke. I truly don't know how my character ended up here. Sorry again and thank you in advance!
P.S.:I guess this was my easter present xD

About my post sir before the reboot of siel yesterday i can play with my sorc and after the server reboot it came back to its problem! i was so glad for the fast approach of the GM's here, and im asking for the same aid as yesterday thanks a lot and godspeed!

Details : my cleric Totbrass died frm raid a in beluslan and return to inggison. i logout to change char becuz its the end of fun and after that i login my assasin name Helikopter just for fun doing PVP with other players in inggison im at my school in that time playing aion

when i got home my 2 chars is stuck

Hi.
Any Admin can help me please ?
Im waitting 12 days for my char and my items ...
I talk with all GM's but all say the same " do unstuck and wait restart " or " talk with some admin "
I do that but nothing, not work.
When i join in Gamez Aion i see with my first char the screen frezz and my char is invisible D;
Really i dont know what happend.
I not want lost my items Anyone can fix this problem PLEASE ?
I repeat i talk with all GM's and do all options but nothing
If us not can fix this problem, delete my char and give to me back the items please u.ú
My nick in Gamez Aion is ~ Seduccion. Elyos. Prof: Chanter

To all who had a similar case like mine........i was able to retrieve my items yesterday when i chance upon the time before the server restart because of huge lag and transfer my items to my main account...now after server restart, my character again is still in ghost mode and cant be use or play.....

Just wait for time before the server restart and try to log in your stuck charcter and transfer ur items to other account or ur main charcter...but anything you sent thru mail will dissappear....but at least you can retrieve ur items so jsut try it...hope it works to you all too....more power and gud luck all....

Details : I got stuck after i put my username and pass on login screen.
I get to fix it with NCsoft Launcher but the next day the problem returns. (The server is not Down).

After I have transfer my items from my storage toon, Belphegorx, I again created a new storage toon and transfer some of my items there intending to make a cleric...;.was able to use it for awhile but after transferring some items for remodel to my main account, after loggin in, i was in panda again but invisible and can't do anything....can open inventory but thats it.......why does it happen twice to me?????already filed an UNSTUCK request at website but want to put notice here for your information....pls help.....
