what isn't obtainable regularly?

i know some items/quests have been disabled/etc. for donation purposes, but what else has? can we still get titles if we do them legit, or, are they only available through voter reward points?

i don't want to start farming for something (or questing), only to find out its been disabled.

also, is the captured elyos captive bugged? i can't seem to find the douchebag prisoners i need to.

 

Easy Mark title is one that isn't bugged.

Well for elyos the best title you can get in game is the Anointed arbulos title, adds 3% speed. And also there is a quest on terminon that gives you slot of titles. Go talk to Calon beside the brigade general at terminon and start the defeat rank 9 asmodians and so on until the governor quest.

Acquiring titles isn't disabled, just many of the quests are bugged (unintentionally or intentionally, I do not know).

The start of that quest is the quest called confront rank 9 asmodians then after you finish it, so go down lvl by level until you get to that one.
